What happens during a consultation?
Your first appointment will last for approximately one and a half hours. During this time I will ask you questions about your present symptoms, and other areas of your life such as dietry habits, sleeping patterns, likes and dislikes, as well as family & medical history.
Many people comment on how much better they feel for simply being able to open up in a safe environment without being judged. This is the first stage in the healing process and allows me to identify underlying causes of your problem so that I can treat you as an individual, and not just treat your symptoms. Needless to say, anything discussed will be kept in the strictest confidence.
Follow up appointments will be every 4-8 weeks depending on the individuals needs and usually last between 30-45 minutes. It is possible that as the remedies begin to work you may need support or advise in between consultations and I will be available if this is needed.
